# AI4Good Foundation

> AI4Good Foundation is a US-based 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit (EIN 93-4463264) headquartered in New York that translates open-source AI research into free, institutionally distributed programs for underrepresented learners and workers. We run three programs: Career Navigator, a multilingual career-navigation copilot for adult learners; Skills Translator, a tool that turns a resume in any language into a US-employer-readable skills profile; and Educator AI Toolkit, an openly licensed curriculum for instructors at Title I and minority-serving institutions. Our labor-market research draws on a research-grade US job-postings dataset provided in-kind by Canaria, our institutional data partner.
